Pricing for limousine service is heavily determined by supply and demand. For example, New Year’s Eve will be very busy and therefore cost more per hour than say an average weeknight in the middle of August. There are also other factors that play a role in pricing.
These include but are not limited to the number of passengers, type of event, distance traveling, amount of downtime (ex. driver waiting while party is eating), hours of service, etc. Many factors come into play when determining pricing. In addition, Glidden Limousine requires a three hour minimum rental due to vehicle preparation time and expense as well as significant drive times.
2-3 Passenger Sedan
Typically $40.00 - $60.00 fixed rate per trip.
8 Passenger Stretch
Typically $80.00 - $120.00 per hour.
12 Passenger Stretch
Typically $130.00 - $160.00 per hour.
14+ Passenger SUVs
Typically $140.00 - $180.00 per hour.
Our highly trained chauffeurs earn a minimum 20% cash gratuity based on the total fare. This is to be given to your chauffeur at the time he/she picks you up.
Example: $100.00 fare + $20.00 minimum gratuity = $120.00 Total
Do we still pay during our event???
You still have to pay for the rental time during your event, such as prom, even if you aren't physically using the vehicle. Although the vehicle is not in use, it cannot be used elsewhere; even when there are 2 or 3 hours in between the drop-off and pickup.
Most alteration requests can be handled without difficulty. Simply contact us via our reservation line or email us with your request. Preferably, any requests would be made at least one week in advance. However, Glidden Limousine understands that life happens and forces changes in the later stages. Last minute requests may not be accepted. Additional fees may apply if an alteration significantly affects the previous quote.
